- They targeted the off-plan real estate industry when they started their business, FNM Properties. The company offers rental management, resale of properties, and direct developer sales.

- The city was the best location for us to launch our company and create our future because of its vibrant atmosphere and limitless chances, according to Mohammed.
- He has lived in Dubai for more than 13 years, yet he was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. The 33-year-old father of two, who loves sports and the gym, left the corporate world three years ago to launch his real estate company and marketing agency.
- In contrast, Fiona, a 35-year-old German model and star, has lived in Dubai since 2017.
- “My progress has been greatly aided by the UAE. It provides security and comfort, which frees me up to concentrate on my work without interruptions.
- I’ve been exposed to several cultures, viewpoints, and business practices thanks to this diverse group, which has also been immensely enlightening,” Mohamad added.

- Never off his thoughts
When Mohamad first came to the UAE in 2011, he was constantly thinking about starting his own companies.
- “My goal was to purchase an apartment, obtain a visa for investors, and then begin working hard to create startups and businesses.”
- I think this is just the beginning for me; I still have a long way to go and a lot more objectives to accomplish,” he stated.
- Mohammed credits his father and mentors for inspiring him to pursue his entrepreneurial goals.
- “My father has had a significant impact on my desire to pursue entrepreneurship.
Despite the numerous obstacles he encountered due to his constant employment, observing him overcome them motivated me to choose an alternative course of action.
I wanted to establish my own business because I wanted to challenge myself, take chances, and go beyond the conventional job path.
I learned the value of perseverance from his experiences, but I decided to pursue entrepreneurship in order to create my own opportunities and difficulties.
Among Mohamad’s mentors are senior executives from companies he had previously worked for: Damian Murphy, the current Sales Director at Intron.
Mustafa Mahmoud, the former CEO of Cognitive and founder of Calmest; and Dimitris Tsou kales, the current co-founder of Surfers and former managing director of Project Agora.
“Every mentor had a distinct, largely beneficial influence on my business acumen. While some taught me the ins and outs of lean start-up dynamics, others forced me outside of my comfort zone,” he continued.
“My leadership style was shaped by my experiences in healthy work environments and my valuable insights into Western business practices,” stated Mohamad.
Oddly enough, I also had a bad encounter with a demanding manager, yet even it helped me develop. It encouraged me to push myself and go after my own venture.
He says, “If I hadn’t gone through both the good and bad situations, I probably wouldn’t be where I am now.
