  • Listing agent Jacob Benedict of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices  Midwest Realty states that the approximately 9,000-square-foot home is situated in the Dakota Dunes community, approximately 7 miles away from Sioux City, Iowa.
  • Michael Persaud, a retired gastroenterologist, and his wife Shannon, a Briar Cliff University nursing student instructor, are the sellers.

  1. The longtime residents of South Dakota paid approximately $200,000 for the 1.5-acre plot beside the Missouri River in 2007 and invested roughly $5.5 million in building the four-bedroom home.

  • The Persauds’ house includes a wine room, a fitness studio with a sauna and hot tub, and a golf simulator.
  • According to them, Michael Persaud likes to use the ventilated cigar room when he is with friends.
  • The elevator and dumbwaiter in the two-story house run from the garage to the kitchen.
  • Shannon Persaud stated, “You just unload and send them straight up to the kitchen if you have groceries.
